Major development projects underway in Lahore, Bhatti Chowk underpass and parking plans reviewed

Lahore: Provincial Minister for Housing and Urban Development Bilal Yasin reviewed multiple ongoing development projects across Lahore, including Data Darbar expansion, Bhatti Gate project, Circular Road, Nasir Bagh and Railway Station upgrades. Officials briefed that construction of a three-lane underpass at Bhatti Chowk has begun, aiming to improve traffic flow, while an underground parking plaza at Nasir Bagh is progressing rapidly. Authorities are also focusing on facade upgradation, removal of encroachments and improving entry points of the Railway Station with modern drop lanes and parking facilities. The initiatives are part of a broader urban development plan to enhance infrastructure, reduce congestion and improve public convenience across the city.
