Government to Shift Imran Khan from Adiala Jail to Islamabad Hospital

Islamabad: The federal government has decided to transfer former prime minister Imran Khan from Adiala Jail to a hospital in Islamabad due to health concerns. Federal Minister Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry stated that the move was taken on humanitarian grounds, and a two-member medical panel has been constituted to monitor his condition. Authorities also confirmed that Khan has been allowed to speak with his sons. The government emphasized that under the law, all prisoners are entitled to medical treatment and urged political parties to refrain from politicizing sensitive health-related matters.
