Job Description
DBL Design Build Live is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead its architectural portfolio for high end residential and commercial projects. The role involves design leadership technical oversight client coordination and team management while ensuring design excellence compliance and timely delivery from concept to project completion. The position is based in Phase 7 Bahria Town Rawalpindi and requires onsite engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead architectural design direction for high end residential and commercial projects
Develop and communicate design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards
Oversee full project lifecycle from concept and schematic design to construction documentation and handover
Review and approve architectural drawings details and specifications
Conduct site analysis feasibility studies and zoning research
Act as primary architectural point of contact for key clients
Lead client meetings presentations and design workshops
Manage expectations regarding design materials timelines and costs
Lead supervise and mentor architects junior architects and designers
Review team outputs and ensure quality standards
Ensure compliance with local building codes bylaws safety standards and approvals
Coordinate with structural MEP and other consultants to resolve design conflicts
Provide technical guidance during construction and resolve site issues
Conduct site visits to monitor progress quality and compliance
Recommend innovative design approaches materials and systems
Improve internal design processes documentation and workflows
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
Minimum 10 years professional experience with senior or lead role exposure
Strong portfolio of high end residential and commercial projects
Thorough understanding of local building codes regulations and approval processes
PCATP registration preferred
Strong leadership client management and decision making skills
