Manpoy is seeking a creative and detail oriented Architect for its Lahore office. The role involves designing architectural plans overseeing project execution and ensuring compliance with building regulations. The selected candidate will collaborate with clients engineers and project teams to deliver high quality residential and commercial design solutions.
Responsibilities
Design architectural plans concepts and layouts for projects
Prepare drawings specifications and design documentation
Meet with clients to understand project requirements
Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations
Coordinate with engineers contractors and stakeholders
Review project progress and make necessary design adjustments
Manage project timelines and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience as an Architect or similar role
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or similar software
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Good communication and project management skills
Knowledge of local building laws and safety standards
