Job Description
Engineerio Tech Services and Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer to lead and control the analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures. The role involves technical leadership design review value engineering and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe economical and high-quality structural solutions across residential commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and control structural design from concept to construction stage
Perform and review analysis and design of RC and steel structures including buildings foundations and special structures
Prepare verify and approve structural design calculations reports and submissions
Review structural drawings for accuracy constructability and code compliance
Ensure compliance with ACI AISC UBC IBC BS and local codes
Coordinate with architectural MEP and construction teams to resolve design clashes
Provide technical guidance mentoring and supervision to junior engineers
Support tendering construction and site execution activities
Participate in design optimization and value engineering initiatives
Requirements
BSc or MSc degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering
Minimum 10 plus years professional experience in structural design
Proven experience leading design teams and managing multiple projects
Strong background in international codes and quality assurance
Excellent communication coordination and decision making skills
