Job Description
Chughtaiz Pvt Ltd is hiring an Architect with strong expertise in 2D drafting and 3D modeling and rendering. The role involves working on residential projects including new construction and renovations while ensuring compliance with local bylaws regulations and submission procedures. The position is based in Lahore and requires onsite coordination with design and execution teams.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD
Develop 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp Revit Lumion or similar tools
Design layouts electrical and plumbing sanitary plans
Coordinate with project teams for design execution and revisions
Ensure drawings comply with local bylaws and authority requirements
Support residential project design and execution activities
Prepare documentation for submissions and approvals
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Architecture or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant professional experience
Strong command of AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Lumion or similar software
Proven experience in residential design and renovation projects
Knowledge of local bylaws regulations and submission processes
Good coordination and communication skills
