Job Description
Future Developments Holdings Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Deputy General Manager Civil Engineering to lead the Building Control Department. The role focuses on regulatory compliance construction approvals inspections and enforcement of building bylaws across residential commercial and mixed-use developments within the project area.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Building Control Department and enforce approved building bylaws zoning regulations and construction standards
Review and approve architectural and structural drawings NOCs and construction permits
Oversee site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings safety standards and construction quality
Coordinate with planning architecture legal teams and development authorities on approvals and compliance
Monitor and regulate private construction activities within the real estate project
Address violations deviations and unauthorized construction and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with PEC regulations local development authority rules and HSE standards
Maintain official records inspection reports approvals and compliance documentation
Lead train and supervise building control engineers inspectors and technical staff
Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management and committees
Requirements
BS or MS in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized institution
Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience
PEC registration mandatory
Experience working with housing societies development authorities and private developers
Proficiency in AutoCAD document review systems and reporting tools
Strong leadership regulatory enforcement and communication skills
