The Interior Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate interior design drawings using AutoCAD Revit and 3D modeling tools. Responsibilities
Develop detailed interior design drawings using AutoCAD Revit and 3D modeling software
Interpret architectural plans and client requirements for technical drafts and space planning layouts
Coordinate with interior designers architects and project teams for integrated construction documents
Update drawings to reflect design revisions and client feedback
Prepare floor plans elevations sections and detailed interior drawings
Ensure drawings comply with building codes regulations and industry standards
Support proposals presentations and reports with professional draft visuals
Maintain organized project files and documentation
Coordinate with teams to meet project timelines and milestones
Improve drafting techniques and stay updated with software best practices
Requirements
Minimum 5 years professional experience as Interior Draftsman
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and 3D modeling
Solid understanding of interior design principles and space planning
Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in technical drafting and documentation
