The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme 2026-27 offers Pakistani and AJ&K students the chance to pursue Bachelor’s, One-Tier Master’s, Master’s, and PhD studies at leading universities in Hungary with tuition-free education, a monthly stipend, accommodation support, and medical insurance. Administered in Pakistan by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and funded by the Government of Hungary, the programme covers most major fields of study and aims to develop future professionals who will return to Pakistan with internationally recognized degrees and skills.
