Saudi Real Estate Registry Highlights Blockchain Vision at REF 2026

RIYADH: The Real Estate Registry marked a strong presence at Real Estate Future 2026 by launching its business portal, hosting specialized workshops, and signing 10 agreements with public and private sector entities. CEO Mohammed Al-Sulaiman announced the rollout of a national blockchain infrastructure aimed at improving transparency, enabling asset microcoding, and supporting innovative ownership models. Strategic partnerships with firms including Yasmina, Haseel, and ROSHN focus on advancing digital solutions, real estate financing, and data integration. The Registry also won the Gold Award for Excellence in Property Documentation, reinforcing its role in building a transparent, efficient, and investor-friendly real estate ecosystem aligned with Vision 2030.
