LDA to Auction Residential and Commercial Plots on Feb 10

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced that its first public auction of 2026 will be held on February 10 at the Expo Centre, Johar Town, Lahore. Acting on the directions of DG LDA Tahir Farooq, the authority will auction residential and commercial plots across multiple LDA schemes, including Johar Town, Jubilee Town, Tajpura, Allama Iqbal Town, Sabzazar, Mustafa Town, LDA Avenue One, and LDA City. In addition, rental rights of education sites, health sites, petrol pump sites, marquee sites, market sites, and public utility sites located in both LDA and private schemes will also be offered. Commercial building sites at the Finance and Trade Center, Johar Town, along with various market and restaurant sites, are included in the auction.
