Faisal Associates is hiring a Site Supervisor in Lahore to manage and coordinate daily construction site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution. The role involves supervising contractors and labor, monitoring progress, enforcing safety standards, and reporting site performance to project management.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities for smooth operations.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor to ensure work meets specifications and safety standards.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules and ensure accurate execution.
Monitor site progress and report timelines, materials, manpower, and issues to the Project Manager.
Inspect materials and equipment to ensure required quality and safety standards.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Ensure construction work complies with building codes, legal, and environmental requirements.
Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and site organization.
Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (degree/certification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in construction management tools and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
