Job Description
The Court Group of Companies is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager Civil Engineer to lead large scale construction projects in Karachi. The role requires strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience in high rise building construction and infrastructure development. The selected candidate will oversee planning execution and delivery of projects while ensuring quality safety and compliance standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
Lead overall planning execution and delivery of construction projects
Manage high rise and infrastructure development projects
Coordinate with consultants contractors and internal teams
Ensure projects are completed within approved scope time and budget
Monitor quality safety and regulatory compliance standards
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
Provide strong leadership to engineering and project teams
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from NED University or other reputable institution
Minimum 20 years relevant professional experience
Proven experience managing large scale construction projects
