RAQBAH Properties (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a Project Architect in Lahore to lead the design of classical and neo-classical luxury residences in DHA. The role focuses on end-to-end architectural design, client coordination, site supervision, and delivery of high-quality residential projects.
Responsibilities
Design and develop classical and neo-classical architectural concepts for 1 & 2 Kanal luxury houses.
Prepare detailed working drawings, construction documents, and 3D elevations.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure design compliance and execution quality.
Liaise with clients for design presentations, approvals, and revisions.
Ensure adherence to DHA by-laws, design standards, and project specifications.
Maintain project timelines, quality benchmarks, and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (PCATP registration preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury residential architectural design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating classical or neo-classical house architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar design tools.
Excellent design sense, creativity, and understanding of residential planning standards.
Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
