Job Description
Directorate General of Archaeology, Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department, Government of Punjab invites applications for the position of Procurement Specialist under the ADP project Preservation, Restoration, Improvement, Management and Upgradation of World Heritage Site Taxila. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring transparent purchasing processes, and supporting project execution through efficient sourcing, contract handling, and compliance with government procurement rules.
Responsibilities
Manage procurement planning and execution for project requirements
Prepare tender documents, bidding processes, and evaluation reports
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation
Conduct market analysis for cost-effective sourcing

Assist project management in procurement strategy and budgeting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience
Strong understanding of public sector procurement procedures
Knowledge of tendering, contract management, and vendor coordination
Punjab domicile required
