Job Description
AUZBER Consultants is seeking a qualified and experienced Town Planner to join its project development team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing planning proposals, coordinating approvals, reviewing development layouts, and supporting the execution of residential and commercial real estate projects. Candidates with strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and leadership qualities will be preferred.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and update town planning proposals and development layouts.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities for approvals.
Conduct land use analysis, zoning evaluations, and planning feasibility studies.
Assist in project concept development for residential and commercial schemes.
Ensure compliance with building bylaws, master plans, and environmental guidelines.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Town Planning from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in town planning.
Strong technical understanding of planning standards, regulations, and development processes.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to coordinate proactively within and outside the organization.
Leadership qualities will be considered a major asset.
