Job Description
CityTech Engineering is hiring a Junior Structural Engineer in Lahore to support structural estimation, proposal preparation, and technical coordination for building projects. The role focuses on structural analysis, value engineering, quotations, and collaboration with sales and project teams to deliver accurate and cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Prepare timely, accurate, and optimal structural estimates and quotations using company tools.
Provide pre-order technical assistance and support to regional builders and internal sales teams.
Generate value-engineering alternatives to optimize project costs and promote company products.
Communicate proposal scope, inclusions, and exclusions clearly with project stakeholders.
Manage multiple quotations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical challenges and develop efficient solutions.
Review peer estimators’ proposals for accuracy, completeness, and optimal design solutions.
Support and mentor entry-level team members when required.
Act as backup support for senior or lead estimators when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil/Structural).
Professional Engineering registration (preferred).
Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and specifications.
Strong analytical, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
