Job Description
AESOM is seeking a motivated and technically sound Junior Electrical Site Engineer to join our growing Project Management Office (PMO) team.
This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in electrical site execution and are eager to contribute to infrastructure and construction projects aligned with international engineering standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor electrical site activities.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE standards.
Review drawings, technical documents, and site progress reports.
Assist in project execution, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
2–3 years of site-based electrical engineering experience.
Experience in infrastructure, industrial, utility, power, or construction projects preferred.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
