The role involves site coordination, quality control, reporting, and effective management of contractors and labor teams.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams on site.
Inspect materials, verify quantities, and ensure quality standards.
Prepare daily site reports and maintain construction records.
Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures.
Identify site issues and provide timely technical solutions.
Report daily progress and site updates to the Project Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant site supervision experience
Strong understanding of site supervision, drawings reading, and material knowledge.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and team management skills.
