Job Description
The Court Group of Companies a leading construction and infrastructure group in Karachi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect with 12 to 15 years professional experience preferably in high rise building design. The role involves planning designing reviewing and coordinating architectural drawings while ensuring compliance technical accuracy and smooth project execution across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Plan design and coordinate architectural drawings and project documentation
Conduct site visits and monitor implementation of architectural intent
Review architectural drawings for technical accuracy and compliance
Provide corrective measures in case of discrepancies or deviations
Coordinate with consultants contractors and internal project teams
Assist in managing design revisions updates and documentation control
Collaborate closely with structural MEP interior and landscape teams
Ensure compliance with local authority bylaws and approval procedures
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Architecture from a reputable university
Registration with PCATP or equivalent licensing body
Minimum 12 to 15 years professional architectural experience
Proven portfolio of high rise commercial or industrial projects
Strong design visualization and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Good understanding of building materials construction techniques and detailing
