Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) is responsible for planned development in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It regulates and issues permits for new construction, housing schemes, private houses, commercial development, and infrastructure projects. It also controls zoning and land-use regulations. PDA is responsible for development and maintenance of roads, streets, parks, green belts, and urban beautification works in Peshawar. The Provincial Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa established the Peshawar Development Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Planning Act, 1978.
