The Board of Revenue Punjab was originally constituted under the Board of Revenue laws of 1955–1957 and was later re-designated following the dissolution of West Pakistan in 1970. It serves as the principal authority responsible for land administration and revenue management across Punjab.
The Board oversees land records, state land management, property mutation, and revenue collection while ensuring the implementation of land laws throughout the province. It also plays a central role in maintaining and regulating the record of rights, supporting transparency and efficiency in land related matters.
