The PGSHF Sahiwal Scheme is a major completed infrastructure housing project spread across approximately 1,000 Kanals of premium land situated near the Circuit House on the main Lahore-Multan Road. This project was strategically launched to provide high-standard residential spaces for retired provincial government servants from various administrative tiers. The engineering scope, which has been successfully finalized, involved massive land leveling, the construction of wide road networks, and the underground deployment of fundamental utility connections, including modern water supply lines and integrated sewerage grids.
To guarantee complete transparency and fairness, the final allocation of residential plots, ranging from 5-Marla to 1-Kanal structures based on official pay scales—was executed using a fully computerized balloting system developed in coordination with PITB. With the physical infrastructure fully in place, the scheme stands as a ready-to-build, secure corporate colony that fulfills the structural bylaws of the region.
