Regi Model Town

Peshawar Development Authority

Regi Model Town is a planned residential township developed by the Peshawar Development Authority to support organized housing and sustainable urban expansion in Peshawar. The project was launched in 1991 and is designed as a large scale residential community with multiple zones, sectors and access to important city routes.

The scheme includes residential plots, commercial areas, parks, civic spaces, schools, mosques, wide roads and other community facilities. Its layout plan shows structured land use with green areas, educational facilities and public amenities planned to provide a managed and convenient living environment for residents.

PDA is developing Regi Model Town with a focus on planned urban growth, housing provision and improved community standards. However, some possession and plot-related issues, especially in Phase III and Phase IV, have remained under resolution, which shows that the project is still active in terms of development, settlement and administrative processing.
