It is planned to create a more organized urban environment within densely populated zones.
The facility includes multiple parking floors, designated vehicle entry and exit points, security systems, lighting, surveillance cameras and pedestrian access routes. It is designed to accommodate a large number of vehicles while ensuring easy movement inside the building. By shifting cars away from busy roads, the plaza supports better circulation in surrounding markets, improves safety and enhances the overall commercial experience.
