The Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement PULSE is a provincial initiative aimed at modernizing land management and improving urban planning across Punjab. The project focuses on digitizing land records, enhancing transparency and strengthening the governance of urban land systems. By introducing modern technology and efficient processes, PULSE seeks to reduce disputes, improve service delivery and support better decision making in urban development.

The project includes digital mapping, creation of integrated land information systems, modernization of registration services, and improved coordination between government agencies. It also supports the development of urban planning tools, legal reforms and public oriented service centers.
