PHASE-X (Park Road Housing Scheme) is a residential project of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority located on Park Road in Mauza Tamma and Moriyan, opposite COMSATS University Islamabad. The scheme was initiated in pursuance of Supreme Court orders dated 13 April 2015 and 29 April 2015, with land planned on a parity basis for federal government employees and Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan members. The approved layout includes 4,781 plots, with 2,088 plots for FGEHA and 2,693 plots for SCBAP members.
The layout plan was approved on 4 August 2022, while balloting and issuance of allotment letters were scheduled on 14 September 2022. The scheme includes 50’x90′ and 40’x80′ plot categories for FGEHA members, and 50’x90′ and 32’x70′ plot categories for SCBAP members. FGEHA allotments are based on age-wise seniority, while SCBAP allotments follow SCBAP recommendations.
