PHASE-VII (F-14/15)

Federal Government Employees Housing Authority

PHASE-VII (F-14/15) is a residential housing scheme of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority in Islamabad. The scheme commenced in 2015 after formal approval from the Prime Minister of Pakistan on 1 May 2015. It was planned for registered members of the Phase-II Membership Drive, with allotment based on age-wise seniority. According to FGEHA, the scheme has a tentative total of 6,685 plots, with 5,860 consent letters and 4,871 provisional offer letters issued.

The project includes residential plots in three categories: Cat-I for BPS 20–22 with 50×90 plots, Cat-II for BPS 18–19 with 40×80 plots, and Cat-III for BPS 16–17 with 35×70 plots. FGEHA’s latest project update states that the land acquisition matter for Sector F-14/15 was resolved after the Supreme Court judgment, while acquisition and development-related work remains under process.

FGEHA is developing PHASE-VII (F-14/15) as an important Islamabad housing scheme for federal government employees under a seniority-based allotment system. Due to its location in Islamabad, large plot inventory and long-awaited development progress, the scheme holds strong residential and investment relevance; however, its completion depends on final land acquisition, development execution and official balloting/allotment processes.
