MDA Homes is a landmark residential housing initiative launched by the Malir Development Authority, a government department of the Sindh Government, to offer affordable, ready-to-live villas in Karachi. The project is planned within government-approved housing schemes and provides secure ownership backed by transparent pricing and an escrow account system. MDA Homes aims to deliver modern villa living to low- and middle-income families, combining well-constructed housing with essential community infrastructure.
The project is being developed in two major locations managed by MDA. The first location is the New Malir Housing Project known as MDA Scheme 1 on Link Road, Karachi, which is part of the master planned Karachi development with road networks, sewerage systems and essential services already provided. The second location is Taiser Town Scheme 45 near the Northern Bypass in Karachi, offering easy access to the Superhighway and surrounding urban and commercial hubs. MDA Homes includes villa options in plot sizes of 80 sq yd, 100 sq yd, 120 sq yd and 200 sq yd with easy quarterly installment plans designed to make home ownership more accessible.
