Lake City Mosque, also referred to as the Grand Jamia Mosque of Lake City, is a landmark religious project within the Lake City development on Raiwind Road, Lahore. It is credited to Nayyar Ali Dada and his practice, and is presented as a central spiritual and community anchor for the housing community rather than only a standalone prayer hall.
The mosque is described by Lake City as a large capacity facility for congregational prayers and community gatherings, with design language that blends traditional Islamic motifs with contemporary construction, using strong geometry, calligraphy and patterned detailing to shape the experience of light and space. Public communications around the project also note a major opening event held on 27th Ramadan, 18 April 2023.
