The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) has planned Hayatabad, a large-scale residential development to facilitate urban development in Peshawar. It is registered by PDA as an ongoing residential housing scheme and is considered one of the country’s largest planned townships, with several phases, accessible to main roads, utilities and amenities.
Hayatabad consists of residential zones, commercial zones, broad streets, parks, schools and colleges, health care, parks and other amenities. The planned development enhances infrastructure, connectivity and controlled living environment, making Hayatabad one of the major residential neighbourhoods in the urban development of Peshawar.
