Our hybrid workplace policy is designed to support both on-site collaboration and remote productivity across our media, research, and real-estate divisions. Under this policy, employees are required to work three days on-site at the Bahria Town Lahore office and two days remotely each week, ensuring that teamwork and innovation remain at the core of every project. Core working hours are set from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM for both remote and in-office staff. Daily communication, reporting, and coordination are maintained through official channels such as Google Meet, WhatsApp, and internal drives, where all employees are expected to update project files and submit progress reports before the end of each workday.

On-site presence remains mandatory for specific functions such as podcast recording, client meetings, and production activities that require physical collaboration. For remote workdays, employees must ensure active availability, timely communication, and high-quality deliverables. Performance is measured by consistency, accountability, and results rather than physical presence. TRT’s data protection standards strictly prohibit the sharing of confidential files or media outside official systems, ensuring the security of all real-estate research and media content. The policy also provides travel reimbursement for on-site staff as per company rules. Regular reviews of this policy are conducted every six months to align with the evolving needs of the organization.
