Tecom Expands Dubai Internet City with Dh615m Hub

Tecom Group has launched Phase 4 of its Innovation Hub at Dubai Internet City with an investment of Dh615 million, adding 263,000 square feet of Grade-A office space to meet rising demand from global technology firms. The expansion raises total investment in the hub to Dh2 billion and reinforces Dubai Internet City’s position as the Middle East’s leading technology cluster. Earlier phases were fully leased ahead of schedule, highlighting strong demand for premium commercial real estate. The project aligns with Dubai’s Digital Economy Strategy and D33 agenda, supporting innovation-driven growth. Funded from existing resources, Tecom reported strong financial performance with revenue exceeding Dh2.1 billion and rising profits, reflecting sustained demand for high-quality commercial office developments in Dubai.
