UAE-based AD Ports Group has entered into a strategic joint venture with Pakistan’s CEI Supply Chain (Private) Limited, acquiring a 51 percent majority stake in the newly formed logistics company. The partnership aims to develop an asset-light, nationwide delivery and logistics network across Pakistan.The joint venture will leverage CEI’s existing operations in Karachi, Lahore, Sialkot, and Islamabad, combined with AD Ports Group’s global logistics expertise, to serve high-growth sectors including automotive, retail, FMCGs, and energy. The new entity will be consolidated into AD Ports Group’s financials from Q1 2026. AD Ports officials said Pakistan is a key regional trade gateway, while CEI leadership termed the partnership a major boost for Pakistan’s logistics and supply chain ecosystem. The move follows AD Ports’ $295 million investment in Karachi port infrastructure.
