The development of Sector I12, Sector I14 and Sector E12 is part of the Capital Development Authority’s initiative to expand planned residential areas in Islamabad and provide structured housing options for the growing population. These sectors are located in key northern and eastern parts of the city and are being developed to offer organized communities with modern infrastructure, improved accessibility and reliable civic facilities. Their development supports Islamabad’s long term master plan and strengthens the city’s residential capacity.
The projects include land development, road construction, installation of utility networks, drainage systems, parks, commercial zones and community facilities. Each sector is planned with organized plot distribution, wide internal roads, green spaces and dedicated areas for schools, healthcare and public services. The development also focuses on improving connectivity with major highways and surrounding sectors to ensure smooth movement for future residents.
