Punjab launches easy online method to print e-Stamp paper from home

Punjab: Citizens can now print their e-Stamp papers online from home or office through the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) system. To obtain a low-denomination e-Stamp such as a Rs300 affidavit stamp, users need to visit the official PLRA website and select the “Get an e-Stamp” option. After filling out the Low Denomination Challan Form, the system generates a challan which can be paid through Easypaisa, JazzCash or a bank. Once the payment is confirmed, users can download the stamp paper by entering the PSID or challan number, along with their CNIC and mobile number. An OTP verification is required before the final download. This digital service aims to simplify the process of obtaining legal stamp papers and reduce the need for physical visits to government offices.
