Job Description
Wasif Ali and Associates is hiring an experienced Project Engineer Civil to lead high rise building projects in Lahore. The role requires strong expertise in civil engineering design project management and structural analysis with at least 15 years hands on experience in multistorey construction and finishing works. The selected candidate will oversee all phases of project development ensuring quality compliance and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead planning design and execution of high rise building projects
Supervise and coordinate project teams providing technical guidance
Conduct site inspections to assess progress structural integrity and quality compliance
Review engineering designs and documentation using AutoCAD and structural tools
Manage project schedules budgets and resource allocation
Implement quality assurance and quality control protocols
Coordinate with contractors architects and clients to resolve technical issues
Prepare detailed progress and technical reports for stakeholders
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards
Requirements
BSc in Civil Engineering
Minimum 15 years experience in multistorey building construction and finishing
Experience in building or architectural projects preferred
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and MS Excel
Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
