New Casa Holdings is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Cost Estimator with strong expertise in the UK construction market. The role involves preparing accurate project costings for residential commercial and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards. The selected candidate will handle quantity take offs pricing analysis and complete cost estimations to support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take offs and cost estimations for residential commercial and infrastructure projects
Develop and maintain cost databases for materials labour and subcontractor services
Analyse drawings specifications and tender documents to produce accurate estimates
Collaborate with project managers engineers and procurement teams
Conduct risk analysis and provide value engineering recommendations
Stay updated with UK construction market trends and supplier pricing
Prepare and present estimation reports to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in construction cost estimation within UK market
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and pricing structures
Proficiency in CostX Bluebeam or similar estimation tools
Excellent analytical numerical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Familiarity with UK building regulations and industry standards
