The Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2026-27 is a fully funded opportunity for international students to pursue preparatory, bachelor’s, master’s, medical, residency, and doctoral programs at leading universities in Azerbaijan. The program is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan. Approximately 100 international students are selected annually.
