Job Description
Compass Training and Consultancy Pvt Ltd is hiring a Civil Project Manager for one of its client organizations based in Lahore. The role involves managing civil construction projects from initiation to completion while ensuring quality standards safety compliance budget control and timely delivery. The selected candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
Responsibilities
Plan manage and supervise civil construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and stakeholders
Prepare project schedules allocate resources and monitor progress
Ensure compliance with construction standards safety regulations and quality benchmarks
Review and approve project drawings BOQs and cost estimates
Monitor project budgets control expenses and prepare progress reports
Conduct regular site visits to oversee execution and resolve site issues
Lead project teams and ensure effective communication
Handle client meetings provide updates and address concerns
Maintain project documentation contracts and records
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
Master degree preferred but not mandatory
3 to 4 years proven experience in civil construction project management
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and industry standards
Proficiency in MS Project Primavera AutoCAD or similar tools
Strong leadership communication and problem solving skills
