Job Description
Communication and Works Department Government of the Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Draftsman under the Strategic Planning Unit SPU. The role supports planning and design teams by preparing accurate technical drawings layouts and documentation for public sector development projects in accordance with approved standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities
Auto CAD skills both at preparing 2D/3D presentation and working drawings
3D Drawings, Max renders and Adobe Photoshop renders
Site Surveys & Documentation of Built Structures
Area Calculations & familiarity with standard Engineering Techniques
Hands-on experience / knowledge in relevant projects
Willingness to work in challenging environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
Experience of working in project teams, will be an added advantage
Requirements
Higher Secondary School Certificate HSSC or equivalent 12 years of education
Degree Area Associate Engineering or Associate Sciences
Relevant drafting experience preferred
Ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings
Proficiency in drafting tools and software
Attention to detail and technical accuracy
