Job Description
Communication and Works Department Government of the Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Manager Health Facilities under the Strategic Planning Unit SPU. The role focuses on planning coordination and technical support for public sector health facilities including hospitals clinics and allied healthcare infrastructure ensuring compliance with functional and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Planning and preparation of Hospital & different medical related buildings designs under the supervision of Senior Manager Architect.
Obtaining to the site survey, scope and details of site before preparing its proposal.
Preparation of concept proposals covering, all the aspects including the 3D images for the clients.
Liaising with the relevant professional staff within the organization.
Conducting the meeting with the client for the scope of the project.
Preparation of progress report on weekly & monthly basis.
Visit the site regularly to ensure the specific standards and regulations to make sure that there is no breach in the approved proposal and materials.
Selecting the material and manage approvals with the consultation of Senior Manager Health facilities.
Any other duty / requirement assigned by the management.
Requirements
Minimum 16 years education in Architecture Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
At least 8 years relevant post qualification experience
Experience in healthcare facility planning or public sector projects preferred
Knowledge of government health infrastructure standards and procedures
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary technical teams
