Job Description
Communication and Works Department Government of the Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Senior Manager Architecture under the Strategic Planning Unit SPU. The role is responsible for architectural planning design oversight and coordination for public sector development projects ensuring design quality compliance and functional excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead architectural planning and design activities for public sector projects
Review architectural drawings design proposals and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with building bylaws government standards and regulations
Coordinate with engineers planners and consultants on architectural matters
Provide design guidance to maintain functionality aesthetics and sustainability
Support project implementation from architectural perspective
Requirements
Minimum 16 years education in Architecture
At least 12 years relevant post qualification experience
Strong experience in architectural planning and design review
Knowledge of public sector building standards and approval procedures
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary technical teams
