Arkitique Design Group is seeking a skilled Structural Design Engineer for its Islamabad based operations. The role involves independent structural design work preparation of technical reports and drawings design reviews and application of international engineering standards for steel and reinforced concrete structures. The position requires strong analytical ability software proficiency and sound engineering judgment.
Responsibilities
Prepare structural design reports calculations and technical documentation
Perform load pressure and stress calculations for building structures
Design reinforced concrete and steel structural systems
Prepare and review structural design drawings
Apply international codes and standards in structural design
Select appropriate construction materials based on strength and performance
Provide technical advice related to safe design and construction practices
Requirements
MS degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
PEC membership mandatory
Minimum 5 years professional experience in building projects
Proven experience in concrete and steel structure design
Strong professional portfolio of completed works
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
