Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Manager with a background in Civil or Architectural Engineering to join our team. The selected candidate will manage multiple construction and engineering projects, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, and smooth coordination with clients and stakeholders. The role requires strong project oversight, communication, and execution capabilities.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction and engineering projects from planning to completion
Prepare and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Prepare project reports, client updates, and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Use project management and engineering tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD
Identify project risks and resolve issues in a timely manner
Optimize resources while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Promote teamwork and maintain a collaborative working environment
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
Master degree will be considered an advantage
Proven exposure to project management in construction or engineering projects
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD
Strong leadership, communication, and client coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
