Kashmir Avenue Apartments is a high-rise residential housing project launched by the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority in the Mauve Area of Sector G 13 Islamabad. The groundbreaking ceremony for the project was held on 17 April 2019 on a land area of 56 kanals and was inaugurated by the Prime Minister of Pakistan. The project is aimed at providing quality housing facilities to federal government employees through a modern apartment based development.
The project consists of 3 residential towers, each designed with 3 basements, a ground floor and 21 upper floors. The total number of apartments planned under the project is 1,467. This includes 714 apartments with a covered area of 1,300 sq ft and 753 apartments with a covered area of 1,100 sq ft. The basements are reserved for car parking facilities, while the ground floor is dedicated to shared amenities and community facilities for residents.
